Boston had a birthday!

Boston is now a whole 2 years old!! He has had the "terrible twos" for awhile now so it is about time he can truly be his title. We had quite the fun day! I wondered a few times if he ever questioned why he was having such a crazy good day or if he just rolled right along with it.  We started the day off with breakfast as a picnic in the middle of our living room watching his favorite show curious George. Then Kory joined us for a trip to the park. Boston is in love with swings and slides!
For lunch we went to Carl's jr. and had root beer and fries for lunch and played all over the indoor play place.
For dinner Grandma and Grandpa Call, Aunt Krystal and Uncle Shane, and cousin Lexi joined us. We had pizza (Boston ate none of this since he is the pickiest eater ever!) and then pulled out the cake and ice cream. Boston has recently taken a huge interest in cars, tractors, and trucks so I made a not very well executed road cake that had hot wheels all over it. He loved it!
We opened presents next! Kory made Boston an adorable tool bench and then we gave him a Home Depot toy tool set. He was in Heaven!
We couldn't get him to even look at other presents! Grandma and grandpa marchant gave him a cool semi to store all his hot wheels along with more hot wheels and Grandma and grandpa Call gave him a strider. We are still working on that but he loves trying and has to go out every day to do it.

Furious that he had to open more presents!

Boston is the funniest kid. He has such a funny personality! He is always trying to play tricks on us and loves to be tackled and tickled. He is a mischief maker, he loves to pump shampoos, conditioners, and lotions and give all his toys "baths." He is extremely outgoing and I think everyone in our ward knows who he is even if they don't know us. He loves to wear hats, sunglasses, put his hands in his pockets and be totally cool. He knows about 25 words and loves to jabber and laugh hysterically at his own jokes. We love him so much and are soooo happy he is in our family!
