Green Thumb?

I have been receiving a lot of hints that I need to blog again. It is true it has been awhile. I have been racking my brain trying to think of things I could blog about and came up with just about nothing. So that means once again you all get to hear about our yard! It is our pride and joy right now. I am so proud of my garden and Kory is so proud of his grass coming up and the working sprinklers! Take a look at my garden. Side #1

We have planted peas, red and green bell peppers, cantaloupes, tomatoes, onions, zucchinis, and cucumbers. I think the cutest thing ever is the little peppers when they first start growing. Isn't that so cute?
Our grass is coming in really well right now. When you drive up to our house during certain times of the day it looks like we have a full lawn back there.

One of the things I wanted to do this summer was drive to Brigham and go on the hike behind my old house there. We finally were able to go about a week ago. Either that hike got a whole lot steeper or I was much more in shape when I was a young spry little thing. It had to be a few million degrees outside and the waterfall has basically been grown over with foliage. It was still fun to walk by my old house and reminisce a little bit, but I don't think we will be doing that again anytime in the near future. Look at that! Does that look steep to you? It looks steep to me! As you can see Buster was a trooper. She only ended up with 1 cactus in her paw.

The excitement of the summer is just beginning for us. We have a busy remainder and will be posting again soon. I promise!
