Roll Over!

Back at Boston's 2 month appointment his doctor told us we could plan on him rolling over from belly to back by his next appointment. Well, up to that date Boston loved his belly! The very next day Boston decided he HATED being on his belly. Grrr. I still put him on it daily but he threw a fit, loudly, every time. Kory tried to cheat and would put him on slanted surfaces, in the crack on the couch, propped on a pillow, nudged with a toe and call it a roll but I just couldn't fairly count it until he could do it on the flat floor! The day before his 4 month appointment we worked on it all day and nothing!!!
The next day at his appointment I hung my head in shame and told the doctor he hadn't rolled over yet. The doctor just laughed at me and said he was sure everything was fine but he would put him on his belly and make sure everything looked okay with his development.

He put him on his belly and within 2 seconds, Boston rolled over!!! I was in shock!!! I just sat there with my mouth hanging wide open while the doctor couldn't stop laughing. Well, there you go! He rolls over.

That little turkey! At least he came through for me at the end!
